Description: 52 Tannery Street. This was a one-and-a-half storey white clapboard structure featuring a gable roof with asphalt shingles and a central south gable. It had a symmetrical three bay fašade and the house also featured an exterior west brick chimney, a one storey wood sided north extension built in 1894, a covered porch in the "L" of the house, and a small portico over the front entrance. There was a wood shed located on the property. The house was listed on the Heritage Register but was demolished in 1999.
