Description: 5732 Kennedy Road South. Conc 1 EHS pt. Lot 4 Eż. This is a well-preserved and attractive example of a Georgian Survival style house. In addition, the house is built of Credit Valley stone and, therefore, represents a building material once common but now rare. The house was built about 1840 by Adam Elliot and was extensively renovated when it was converted to a restaurant, the Elliot House, in the 1980s. It is designated under the terms of the Ontario Heritage Act.
