Description: 840 Dundas Street West. Range 1 SDS, pt. Lot 10. This was a one-and-a-half storey bungalow constructed of brick with wood siding on the second storey and a decorative block foundation. There was a gable roof with large dormers, and aluminum and wood sash windows. There were exposed rafters on the roof and porch, a staggered chimney, and a bay window on the west fašade. The house was in an unique location, in an open landscape, only metres away from an 18 storey apartment building, and surrounded by a grove of mature trees. The property was demolished some time between 1995 and 2000. This view of the west elevation shows the staggered chimney and bay window detail.
