Description: 14 Front Street South. Plan 300W, pt. Lots 1, 2. In 1980 this two storey structure was a residence, built between 1928 and 1952. However, as of 2003 it was a commercial building which has undergone major renovation. The structure presently consists of a low-pitch hip roof with asphalt shingles, and painted pattern concrete block finish (wall material). The fenestration on the front facade has been changed and now consists of a central single paned window on the second floor, and two single pane windows on the first floor, one on either side of the front door. The structure is designated under the terms of the Ontario Heritage Act and is located within the Old Port Credit Village Heritage Conservation District.
