Description: 4265 Perivale Road. Plan M-506, Lot 144. This is a red brick one-and-a-half storey structure in Gothic Revival style. The original property was 108 acres in size and was purchased in 1845 by Christopher Crozier. It remained in the Crozier family and was used for dairy production until it became part of a residential community. This photo shows the front gable decorated with punctuated verge board, cross piece and finial. The building is designated under the terms of the Ontario Heritage Act. Description as of December 2010.
