Description: 17 Main Street. Plan STR 4 Lot 3 1st BLK S Main. This Georgian two storey double house (semi-detached) is also used as commercial space. The structure features stucco, a gable roof with asphalt shingles and a northern asymmetrical four bay facade with altered plate glass. The windows are double hung sash one-over-one and two-over-two, modern plate. There is one front layer window altered and there are covered entry ways - front porch. The structure has light arches over original windows as well as south additions with stucco and insular brick. As of 1978 when this photo was taken the property was occupied by The Garden Patch. The buildling is listed on the Heritage Register. Description as of December 2010.
