TAG (Teen Advisory Group)
Churchill Meadows Branch Library has been running a TAG (Teen Advisory Group) since May 2007.  A TAG is a group of teens aged 14-19 who volunteer their time to meet periodically to plan teen-friendly library events and to give their ideas and input to the library on how to make it a great place for teens.  At Churchill Meadows Branch, the TAG have organized and run a successful HALO 2 video game tournament, and are now have a presence on the Web through a blog/webzine. Anyone interested in getting involved may submit an application for the TAG's next member recruitment in May.  Like all Mississauga Library System volunteers, successful applicants will be asked to arrange a Criminal Record Search with Peel Regional Police.
