Description: 857 Dundas Street East. Conc 1 NDS, pt. Lot 9. This photo is of the barn situated to the northwest of the former Gravelle Residence. There was a large two-storey house formerly located at this site. The building was faced with sandstone, and there was a sunroom which extended from the second storey and which was faced with cedar shingles. The sunroom was supported by pillars which were molded from concrete. The interior had maple flooring and there was a metal roof. The house had two basements. It was demolished in the late 1980s, sometime before 1990. All that remains of the property is the barn and the stone pillars from the portico. Description as of February 2011.
