Description: 264 Queen Street South. Plan STR, 4, Lot 1, pt. Lot 2. BLK 1. This was built as Dr. Bowie's residence in the early 1900s. It is a two storey red brick structure with a stone foundation which has had several alterations. It is a commercial building, formerly Bruno’s Pizza (1970s), Always Forever, and later Peel County Pine. It is listed on the Heritage Register.
