Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

Do we have to clear our own sidewalk from snow and ice?
Answer
Budget constraints do not allow us to plow all City sidewalks. Therefore, we depend on residents to assist in helping keep everyone in our community on the move by clearing the walks adjacent to their properties. You may call 905-615-SNOW (7669) anytime for the most up-to-date information about the City's snow clearing operations. TTY: (905) 896-5151.
