A City owned tree has caused damage to my property. What should I do?
Answer
Contact the City Forestry department to have the tree inspected or removed. Contact your personal property insurance company, as you may have coverage for the damage. Alternatively, submit your claim in writing to the City’s Risk Management unit using the claims notification procedures.
