What is the zoning of my property?

Answer

Each property is examined on an individual basis as the zoning may vary from one property to another. You can determine your property zoning by clicking on the link below. This page will allow you to determine your Zoning Designation and then view the text of the Zoning By-law for that designation. A municipal address and a legal description of the property are required to confirm zoning on a site. Please contact the Zoning Section for further information by calling 3-1-1, or if calling from outside of Mississauga, dial 905 615-4311.
