Description: 1404 Clarkson Road North. Conc 2 SDS, pt. Lot 29. Probably built before 1850, this is a brick structure built on a slight hill so that the western side is two storeys while the eastern side is a storey-and-a-half. A north wing was added in 1870. Heritage listed. This 1976 photo shows the rear fašade.
