Description: 1472 Indian Road. Conc Range CIR, pt. Lot 4 PLAN 43R 18451 part 2. This one-and-one-half storey brick structure has been listed for its architectural features. The building is largely covered in vines and beneath the vines are painted brick and aluminum siding on the north side (an addition). The simple design is that of a three-bay Gothic cottage. There is a gable roof with small front gable which contains a gothic-shaped window. The windows are double-hung two-over-two. There is a Victorian screen door. The front entrance has classical elements with pilasters and squared capitals and a pediment over the entrance. There are one-storey additions to the side and rear. The property is listed on the Heritage Register. Description as of October 2015.
