To check your bus time

Call Citylink, our 24 hour automated telephone system at 905-615-4287. Enter the four digit stop number on the sign at your bus stop to find out when the next bus is coming in real-time. If a real-time departure is not available, a scheduled time will be provided.

Visit the Information booth and Fares booth at the City Centre Transit Terminal, located at 200 Rathburn Road West.

Lost and found

If you’ve lost something on a bus, visit MiWay lost and found located at the Information Booth at the City Centre Transit Terminal. We keep items in the lost and found for a maximum of seven days. There is no public access to transit garages.

You can also call 905-615-4636 to confirm if we have your item.

You must come in person to pick up your items, bring photo ID and be able to clearly describe the item.

Bus stop snow clearing

The City’s 311 Contact Centre looks after concerns about snow clearing. Please contact 311 and provide the 4-digit bus stop number.
