Description: 473 North Service Road. Conc 1 SDS, pt. Lot 12. This is a red brick house with a three bay fašade, a central main entrance and dormer gable. It probably dates from the 1870s as it appears on the 1877 Historical Atlas of Peel County as does the name of the owner, Richard Church. The southern part of Lot 12 is listed as owned by George Church. As of 2008, the house is still in the Church family and is listed on the Heritage Register. This 1989 photos shows an addition to the rear of the structure.
