Description: 1567 Steveles Cres., pt. Lot 27 RP 9671, Conc 3 SDS. William D. Trenwith bought this property, 25 acres, in 1904 from William A. Bowbeer and built this house which he called Stonehaven Farm, and where he grew fruit and produce which he sold locally. It is a two storey brick structure in Edwardian Classicism style to which additions have been made and is listed on the Heritage Register.
