Description: 78 Agnes Street. Plan COS, W pt. Lot 29. Cooksville Loyal Orange Lodge #1181 was probably founded about 1864, according to William Perkins Bull's book From the Boyne To Brampton. The Lodge seems to have disappeared for a time in the late 1880s, then revived again in 1907. It is not known when the present Orange Hall was built. As of 2005 the building was a day-care centre and is listed on the Heritage Register.
