Description: 840 Dundas Street West. Range 1 SDS, pt. Lot 10. This was a one-and-a-half storey bungalow constructed of brick with wood siding on the second storey and a decorative block foundation. There was a gable roof with large dormers, and aluminum and wood sash windows. There were exposed rafters on the roof and porch, a staggered chimney, and a bay window on the west fašade. The house was in an unique location, in an open landscape, only metres away from an 18 storey apartment building, and surrounded by a grove of mature trees. The property was demolished some time between 1995 and 2000. This view of the property looking west shows the relationship between the house and the large apartment block.
