Deposit Cheques
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

I gave my deposit to the Builder when I bought my home. The Builder told me that the City is holding onto this money. When do I get my money back?
Answer
Typically the Builder requires deposits prior to closing the sale of your home to ensure that the homeowner does not adversely alter the grading of the lot. The homeowner should check the Purchase and Sale Agreement as to when the Builder returns the deposits.
