Description: 2132 Springbank Road. Range 3 CIR pt. Lot 13. The property is located on Part Lot 13 on Range 3 Credit Indian Reserve. City records show that its construction dated to circa 1927. It was a two-storey, fieldstone and stucco, single family dwelling. It boasted a multi-gabled, hipped, asphalt-shingled roof, and had a minimum of two stone chimneys. Wood windows were 8-pane casements, or 6-pane casements, with what was likely wooden muntin bars. They were topped by radiating stone voussoirs. A unique round headed wood and matching storm door graced one fašade. It too boasted a radiating stone voussoir. Windows, door and chimneys were asymmetrically placed within a five bay configuration, on the east fašade. Building permit records show that circa 1963 applications were made to add a pool and garage to the property. The residence and outbuildings were demolished sometime between 2012 and 2014. Description as of September 2015.
