What is my responsibility when I have a claim?

Answer

Report the incident to the City of Mississauga Risk Management Department.
Complete any documentation sent to you by the City of Mississauga or the Insurer.
Collect any witness statements, or at least get their name, address, and contact telephone numbers in order for the insurance company to investigate the claim further.
