Understanding Health Care in Ontario including Applying for a Health Card
Health care is publicly funded to Ontario residents.  Click above to learn about applying to the Ontario Health Insurance Plan or for renewing your Ontario Health Photo Card.  This link also explains how to find medical, emergency and home care and who qualifies for provincial prescription drug coverage.

Public Health Clinics in Mississauga
Services can include immunization, dental screening and preventive services, prenatal education, and healthy sexuality information.

Mississauga-Halton Community Care Access Centre
CCAC provides services to help Mississauga residents stay in their homes, find care in the community or help if they can no longer live at home.  Many services are covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan.
