about the potential fire hazards associated with motors overheating in certain heat recovery
systems.

Outdoor Citronella Wax Torches/Candles: The Office of the Fire Marshal (OFM) has been
informed that there is a potential fire hazard associated with the use of outdoor citronella
wax torches/candles.

First Alert® Smoke Alarms and Combination Smoke/CO Alarms These alarms can drain the power
from batteries rapidly, causing premature low battery power. Consumers will be alerted to the
low battery power and the need to replace the battery by a chirping of the unit. If the
batteries on the smoke/CO alarm are not replaced before the battery power terminates, the alarm
will not detect smoke in the event of a possible fire and the presence of carbon
monoxide.

BTU Portable Propane Convection Heaters
In cooperation with CSA International, DESA Heating Products of Bowling Green, KY is
voluntarily recalling approximately 632, 40,000-80,000 BTU portable propane convection heaters
sold to customers in Canada from August 2005 through December 2005.

Bradshaw International Inc has announced the recall of "Bottle Sippers" Pull-Up
Bottle Caps. The pull-up valve can detach from the cap, posing a choking hazard to young
children.
