First Attendance Facility

If you wish to dispute your ticket:

  • You must book an appointment by calling 3-1-1 or if calling from outside Mississauga dial 905-615-4311, and then you or your agent must attend the Parking Enforcement office at the Ontario Court of Justice, 950 Burnhamthorpe Road West, in person, to discuss the offence with the First Attendance Administrator. A dispute or setting of a trial date cannot be done over the telephone, mail or email.

  • If the dispute is not resolved with the First Attendance Administrator, and you wish to have the matter heard by a Justice of the Peace, you must complete a "Notice of Intention to Appear". A court date will be arranged, and a notice sent to your residence of your scheduled court date. All trials are held at the Ontario Court of Justice at 950 Burnhamthorpe Road West, Mississauga .

By Appointment Only. Please Call 3-1-1 or if calling from outside Mississauga dial 905-615-4311. (Monday - Friday) any time from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
