Description: 1607-1605 Eglinton Avenue West. Plan 301, pt. Lot 11. Built by the Barber Brothers of the Toronto Woollen Mills, Streetsville, to accommodate their workers. They are double houses, one-and-a-half storeys in height, to which alterations have been made. Heritage listed. NOTE: The property was designated and went through the process of a request for demolition, thereby removing the designation by-law and a note from Council that it would not redesignate while under the same owner (Deveny).
