Description: 1613-1615 Eglinton Avenue West. Plan 301, lot 12. Built by the Barber Brothers of the Toronto Woollen Mills, Streetsville, to accommodate their workers. They are double houses, one and a half storeys in height, to which alterations have been made. Heritage listed. NOTE: The property was designated and went throughout the process of a request for demolition, thereby removing the designation by-law and a note from Council that it would not redesignate while under the same owner (Deveny). Record updated January 2013.
