Description: 50 Elmwood Avenue South. Plan DO9, Lot 8, pt. Lots 9, 10. This was two-and-a-half storey building in English Tudor Manor style with a U-shaped plan. Most of the first floor was built of Credit Valley stone. The house was given heritage designation in 1993, but this was revoked in 1996 through a request for demolition. The building was demolished in 2001.
