Description: 1157 Dixie Road. Conc 2 SDS, Lot 5. Two-storey, three-bay building, covered in what appears to be two-tone clapboard siding. The front fašade windows are six-over-six single-hung (or possibly double-hung) configuration. Most likely material is wood. The windows are flanked with what appear to be ornamental wooden shutters. The roof is hipped, and there is an offset-chimney. On one elevation, there is a set of two six-over-six single-hung (or possibly double-hung) windows. They appear to sit in a small extended square bay. Above these windows, on the second storey, is a single six-over-six window. All three of these windows have the same ornamental wooden shutters, as found on the front fašade. All windows are protected by storms. There is a one-storey enclosed porch on the rear elevation. It appears to be on stilts, to accommodate the topography of the site. Originally built for the golf pro. This photo shows the north fašade. Description as of September 2015.
