Noise Attenuation Barriers
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

Why is my noise barrier not being replaced, while others are?
Answer
In 2004, the City did an extensive review of all the barriers in Mississauga to assess their respective conditions. Based on this assessment, the City prioritized those barriers in greatest need of replacement, based on current condition and level of deterioration. The barriers that require the greatest need are addressed first.
