Stoney Bay Park was one of the areas they covered. The park was renamed Richard's Memorial Park in June 1973, named after Richard Wolzniewicz, a 14 year old boy who died in an accident and whose heart was given to Mayor Robert Speck who underwent a heart transplant operation.
