Description: For their report for the Credit Valley Conservation Authority on the Mississauga Waterfront Crysler & Lathem took photographs of the Lake Ontario shoreline from Joshua's Creek, west of Winston Churchill Drive, to Marie Curtis Park in Etobicoke. Joshua's Creek lies west of the Mississauga-Oakville border. The creek's headwaters are near Lower Baseline Road between Trafalgar Road and Ninth Line, and the creek discharges into Lake Ontario just east of the Mississauga-Oakville border. The area was named after one of the original settlers, Joshua Leach, who settled there in 1822.
