Mississauga City Council Resolution - Backwater Valve Building Permit fee waived

At a Special Meeting on July 30, 2013, Mississauga City Council passed a resolution waiving building permit fees for the installation of backwater valves for residents affected by the flood on July 8th, 2013

How to get a backwater valve building permit in Mississauga

Residents can apply for a backwater valve building permit at the City's Planning & Building Services Centre. Permit fees will be waived and the permit will be issued immediately.

Speed up the process by filling out the forms before you arrive at the Centre. Both these forms have been prepopulated with common information for your convience. Just print them off and complete the Property Owner and Location information.:
