Description: 45 Front Street South. Plan 300W pt. Lots 1,2. This one-and-a-half storey building, nearing a full two stories, was a frame structure located well back on the lot that corners on Lake Street and Front Street South. The lot has an unusual configuration that provided for garage and driveway access off of John Street South. The plain vernacular style was typical of many homes in the neighbourhood. The house was designated under the terms of the Ontario Heritage Act and was located within the Old Port Credit Heritage Conservation District, but was demolished in 2003. Description as of April 2011.
