The Great Western and the Credit Valley Railway both ran through Toronto Township, as did the Toronto Suburban Railway. The Credit Valley Railway line was later taken over by the Canadian Pacific Railway and the Great Western was absorbed by the Grand Trunk Railway which became the Canadian National Railway. Photographs of the railway stations left behind by these various companies are part of this collection.
