The Sheridan Park Corporate Centre study was initiated to assess Sheridan Park in the context of contemporary research and business parks, to identify appropriate amendments to the Park’s zoning provisions and land use policies that will encourage the Park to grow as a science and technology hub and to consider other strategies for improving the Park.
