Site Plan Control By-law
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

What are the application requirements for site plans (i.e. fees, number of drawings, etc.)?
Answer
The requirements for submission of a site plan application will be determined at a preliminary meeting. If such a meeting is not held, the applicant or their agent can review the Site Plan Application form at the Planning and Building Forms Centre (see link below) to determine the number of drawings that are required. Updated fee information is available on our Application Fees page.
