Is my property subject to Conservation Authority screening and if so, how much is the fee?
Answer
Development and Design Division staff will determine whether your property is in a Conservation Authority screening area by using maps available on the 11th floor. Fees vary by Conservation Authority, and the current fees are available on the Site Plan application form at Planning and Building Forms Centre (see link below)
