Description: 272-274 Victoria Street. Plan STR, 4, pt. Lot 6, 8, BLK 2. Built about 1840 for Adam Simpson, Clerk of the Division Court. It was converted to a double house after 1884. It is a one-and-a-half storey structure with white siding and Credit Valley stone foundation. It is listed on the Heritage Register.
