What is the Developer's responsibility?

Answer

The Developer is responsible for construction of sewers, water mains, roads, curbs and sidewalks as well as street lighting, and perimeter fencing in the subdivision, (e.g. noise attenuation and chain link fences) and enters into appropriate Agreements with the City and the Region of Peel for completion of such works associated with the subdivision.
