Assistive workstations are designed to lessen or remove barriers faced by persons with disabilities. The work stations inlcude specially adapted hardware and software. Available at Central Library, Reader's Den.

eLibrary Basics
Get one-on-one help with downloading and streaming eLibrary content, including movies, music, TV shows, eBooks, eAudiobooks, and eMagazines. Available at all locations. Call to book an appointment.

Flipster provides access to current issues of popular magazines to read on your computer, tablet, or phone. The Flipster app is available for offline reading. Visit Flipster.

Hotspots Available for Borrowing
Mississauga Library has launched a hotspot pilot project. During this time, hotspots will be available at Cooksville Library on a first-come, first-served basis. Hotspots allow you to connect to the internet anywhere you go. With a mobile hotspot, you can create an internet connection and wirelessly connect multiple users and any device including computers, smartphones and tablets.

Novelist Plus
NoveList Plus is the premiere database of reading recommendations, available through libraries around the world presenting fiction, nonfiction and audiobooks and includes expert recommendations, reviews, articles, lists and more. Visit Novelist.
