Applicable Law - Agency Contact List

When making application for most all Building Permits, you will be asked to complete our Applicable Law Declaration form. The new amendments to the Ontario Building Code prohibit us from issuing a building permit unless you can illustrate compliance with any applicable law. Applicable law is other provincial acts or regulations that may require approval from a specific Ministry or Agency prior to the issuance of your Building Permit.

The article link will display a document containing contact names and numbers for all defined applicable law.
