A return request must be submitted within 21 days of delivery of your shipment, however
you may only return Clothing item(s), in original condition, for credit. Shipping
charges will not be credited. If you have a size issue you must return for credit and
re-order a replacement.
Important: All Mississauga eStore purchases, other than clothing, are
NON-RETURNABLE and services NON-REFUNDABLE.
To request a return you must process a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number accessed
via the Mississauga.ca eStore. In the eStore view Order History and select the order for which
you wish to return product against. You will then be able to Request a Return and obtain your
RMA #. Print a copy of the RMA and mail it along with the product to City Hall at the following
address:

The City of Mississauga will not accept collect charges on return deliveries. Please note we
cannot accept the return of items returned more than 21 days past delivery. You can only return
items purchased at the Mississauga.ca eStore and return delivery must be accompanied by an RMA
#.
You will be notified of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the
returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase
within 7 to 14 business days after we receive a return.
The City of Mississauga takes great pride in the quality of our store products with every
item being carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the
same upon receipt of your purchases. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if
you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at estore.info@mississauga.ca within 7
days. We will arrange with you return delivery instructions and upon receipt your
merchandise will be inspected. In certain circumstance, a usage or restocking fee may
apply.
