| A Road Occupancy Permit allows homeowners, City-approved private contractors, and utility companies to occupy the City's road rights-of-way or municipal easements to undertake various activities such as storage of bins, construction, service connections, etc.
A Road Occupancy Permit must be obtained when any portion of the City's road rights-of-way or municipal easement is being used or obstructed. Work on City rights-of-way without a permit is not permissible. |
