Are there special requirements for Road Occupancy Permits for service connections (water, sanitary, storm)?

Answer

For proposed storm connections, the applicant must obtain design approval from the Transportation and Works Environmental Services Section prior to the permit application. Arrangements are to be made with the Region of Peel to ensure that the water/sanitary connections are installed to the satisfaction of that authority. A receipt for Regional connections must accompany applications for road occupancy permits.
