City of Mississauga Flags Lowered to Half-Mast in Honour of Tragic Events

The City of Mississauga has lowered its flags to half-mast in honour of Cpl. Nathan Cirillo and Warrant Officer Patrice Vincent who were both killed in tragic incidents in Ottawa and Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

Mississauga residents can express their condolences through a Book of Condolences in the Great Hall at the Civic Centre, 300 City Centre Drive.  The book will be available daily from 8:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. until Friday, October 31, with the exception of Election Day – Monday, October 27 – the Civic Centre will be closed at 5 p.m. to ensure the security of the election results.
