The City of Mississauga will defer the items on the January 17 General Committee Agenda in order to pay tribute to Councillor Jim Tovey who suddenly passed away on January 15. Any listed items will be addressed at an additional General Committee meeting to be scheduled for January 24, prior to the council meeting scheduled for January 24, 2018.
If a member of the public would like to pay tribute to Councillor Tovey, please arrive at council chambers at 9 a.m. All members of the public are welcome to take part in the tribute.
