On June 13, join thousands of house music lovers at Mississauga Celebration Square for a free outdoor concert. Enjoy an evening full of dance and electronic music as world-famous DJ Glenn Morrison turns the downtown core into the ultimate dance experience.
The concert kicks off at 8:30 p.m. with Apollo’s Greed, a Mississauga drum and DJ duo and graffiti artist Skam will do a live art demo from 4 to 8:30 p.m.
The concert is the finale to the City’s Youth Connect programming, which takes place in the afternoon from 4 to 7 p.m. and includes artist demos, sports activities and poetry slams.
Youth can also visit the Vote Booth to get on the voters list and find out more about the municipal election which is set for Oct. 27. Young voters can enter a contest to win money towards college or university.
