Learn About Healthy Aging at the Older Adult Expo on June 4

Are you an older adult who is keen to try a new activity or learn about a new service in your community? Mississauga’s annual Older Adult Expo has you covered! Mark your calendar for June 4 and join us at South Common Community Centre where you can visit exhibitors and join a fitness demonstration.

Older adults can visit 78 exhibitors with information on active living, health and wellness, housing, financial services and planning your next vacation. Take part in a fitness demo where you can learn how to safely exercise with a chair or shopping bag. Socialize with friends at The Diner. Admission is free and you can win prizes.

This year marks the 35th year that the Government of Ontario has celebrated June as Seniors’ Month. The Older Adult Expo is an opportunity to help celebrate the contribution the older adult population make to our city.
