The City of Mississauga is hosting a drop-in open house to share information and hear from residents on the future of short-term rental accommodations in Mississauga.
At the drop-in open house, residents and stakeholders will be able to view and share their thoughts on the various regulatory options and proposed amendments to the Zoning By-law.

3 to 8 p.m.
Residents can also complete an online survey and review the City’s report on the current status and options for regulating short-term accommodations in Mississauga.
Opportunities for short-term accommodation (STA) have grown rapidly in cities around the world, including Mississauga. People can connect online with those who have a spare room, entire apartment, or house to rent out on a short-term basis, usually less than 30 days.
City staff will include input received in a final recommendation report to the City’s Planning and Development Committee later in 2017.
